Learn to Perform!
The classes will be an hour long. Over the term we will work on exercises for relaxation and focusing; acting games for creative awareness; improvisation skills; how to build scenes and characters; performance technique; and voice production and projection.
There will also be the chance to work on well known scenes and scripts.
At the end of each term there will be a chance to perform what we have learnt for family and friends.
The classes are as much about encouraging creativity, developing the art of communication and building confidence as they are about acting skills.
My aim is to create a safe space for young people to express themselves, learn useful tools for life and to have fun.
