Cornwall Dance and Drama are dedicated to providing exciting, informative & fun dance and musical theatre classes in Truro and the surrounding area.
More than 200 students come along every week either to dance, act or sing.
Classes are held at local venues in the South West of England including Truro and Newquay.
The venues we use are 'Breathe Health and Fitness Studio' in Truro for dance, 'Redannick Theatre' in Truro for dance and musical theatre and 'Yoshimi Studio' in Newquay for dance, drama and musical theatre.
Who are we?
Juliet Matthews (dancer and choreographer) has been teaching dance for nearly 30 years, both in Sweden and England. Best known as the proprietor of The Cornwall Dance Centre.
Juliet teamed up with Stephanie Johnson (dancer/actress/singer) in 2004.
Stephanie has over 13 years professional experience in “Musical Theatre” theatre, appearing in many popular West End musicals, such as Cats, Grease and Aspects of love. She has worked closely with top names in the industry such as Andrew Lloyd Webber and is keen to share her knowledge with budding performers.
She has been teaching for 15 years and is the principle of Cornwall Dance and Drama alongside Juliet Matthews. Stephanie holds classes in both Newquay and Truro.

Hip-Hop, Jazz, Funk, Street Dance, Kids Tap, Musical Theatre, Drama, Singing. Annual Show at the Hall for Cornwall Theatre, and other local theatres. Industry professionals regularly run classes and workshops.
